Affordable choices are available for anyone interested in our services, therefore fees are discussed on a case by case basis.  If we can bill your insurance we will do so.  We accept most insurance carriers and employee assistance programs. Deductibles, co-pays, and balances not paid by insurers are your responsibility. Flexible payment plans and discounts are available. Please, call our staff to design a custom plan.

Please call us for a personal consultation.  For those experiencing financial hardship, we also always have graduate interns providing services on the staff for minimal fees or scholarships.

Our fees are based on the costs associated with providing quality care. Please see the "Accepted Insurance Co." page for a list of the insurance companies and employee assistance programs we accept.  We also accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, check and debit cards.  

As it is the client's responsibility to know their insurance benefits, our clinic offers an initial quote of benefits for services at our facility as a courtesy.  Our clinic gives clients every opportunity to understand, and to be educated about, their insurance policy even though it is not our responsibility to do so.  If, as a consumer, you do not understand your benefits it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company for assistance.  It is also your responsibility, as the consumer, to notify us of all changes in your insurance policy.  This includes the following: change in insurance carrier (primary, secondary and tertiary), new identification or group numbers, change in coverage (i.e. deductibles, co-pays, co-insurances, out-of-pocket maximums, number of covered sessions). If you have any questions regarding your outpatient mental health benefits, please contact us. 

A number of our services, such as: massage, reiki, and yoga, are not insurance billable services.  If you are interested in utilizing your health insurance as reimbursement for these services you must attain prior approval from your health insurance company prior to making an appointment.
