Experience the ultimate weight loss system!  This is an educational forum to learn more about different diets, why some work and others don't, and how they effect us long term.  You will learn about a realistic plan to lose weight, keep the weight off, and have a good time in the process.

10 week courses starting regularly at Oshkosh Counseling Wellness Center and On-Site upon request.
