We Accept these EAP's
Call your employer and speak with your human resources department. Ask whether or not you have EAP (Employee Assistance Program). You may be able to receive benefits from the company beyond the coverage provided by your regular health insurance. A number of insurance companies also offer employers their own EAP services as part of the packages made available to employees. Whether or not you have these benefits depends upon whether your employer has purchased it as part of your company package.

Regarding Your Insurance Benefits
As it is the client's responsibility to understand their insurance benefits, our clinic offers an initial quote of benefits as a courtesy. Our clinic attempts to give clients every opportunity to understand, and be educated about, their insurance policy even though it is not our responsibility to do so. If, as a consumer, you do not understand your benefits it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company for assistance. It is also your responsibility, as the consumer, to notify us of any changes in your insurance coverage. This includes: change in insurance carriers (primary, secondary, tertiary), change of identification or group numbers, change in coverage (deductibles, co-payments, co-insurances, out-of-pocket maximums, number of covered sessions). If you have questions regarding your outpatient mental health benefits, please contact us.
